Hope Extreme is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing hope to the East Houma community. Through our ongoing efforts to revitalize the neighborhood, we provide life-changing programs designed to empower marginalized children and families in meaningful, life-giving ways.
